Funding research through government schemes

Developing new intellectual property and translate it into innovative products or technologies is expensive and not without risks and the market impact is very often unpredictable. Therefore, it is difficult to find investors during the development stage and public and private grants can be a source of the capital needed to realise your plans.

Regional, national, and international grants are available that research groups can apply for themselves, or in cooperation with SMEs. The Translational Medicine Living Lab, through its partners,  benefited of the following national measures available in Italy
